Do I need an appointment for testing at Patient Reception?

Most tests use walk-in attendance after confirmation. Chain-of-custody collection is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What identification should I bring for my test?

Bring the original photo identification specified within your attendance confirmation. Photographs or photocopies may not be accepted.

What should I do if my attendance confirmation has not arrived?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If missing, contact our team with your order number and booking email.

How will I receive my test results?

Results are sent securely by email after review. They cannot be provided by telephone or ordinary chat.

How long do drug and alcohol test results take?

Turnaround varies between tests and begins after receiving a usable laboratory sample. Confirmation testing may take longer than negative screening.
