Comprehensive Blood Testing for Seven Common Drug Classes

Overview of the Test

The Blood Drug Test provides accurate and reliable testing for seven common drugs, including amphetamines, cocaine, and opiates. This test is ideal for legal, workplace, or personal purposes, delivering laboratory-certified results within 5 working days. With low cut-off levels, the test ensures precise detection of drug use.

Why It Would Be Used

This test is suitable for individuals and organisations needing comprehensive drug screening:

  • Legal Cases: Provides court-admissible evidence for legal proceedings or compliance.
  • Workplace Testing: Ensures adherence to drug-free policies and occupational health standards.
  • Personal Monitoring: Offers insights into recent drug use for personal or family health management.

Our service guarantees professional, discreet, and reliable testing with detailed reporting.

Drugs Tested and Cut-Off Levels

The Blood Drug Test screens for the following substances with industry-standard cut-off levels:

  • Amphetamines: Cut-off 20 µg/L
  • Barbiturates: Cut-off 100 µg/L
  • Benzodiazepines: Cut-off 20 µg/L
  • Cannabinoids: Cut-off 10 µg/L
  • Cocaine: Cut-off 10 µg/L
  • Opiates: Cut-off 10 µg/L
  • Tricyclic Antidepressants: Cut-off 300 µg/L

This comprehensive testing ensures accurate results for a wide range of substances.

Period of Detection

The duration of detection is different for each drug and depends on the substance and individual factors such as metabolism and dosage. Here's more information on this:

Proof of ID Requirement

To ensure compliance and traceability, you must present valid photo ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) during your appointment. This ensures the results are legally and professionally valid.

Please note that copies of IDs or those shown on mobile phones are not accepted.

Results

Results are processed within 5 working days* and securely delivered via Email. All results are supervised by a doctor before being issued.

Please note that results cannot be given over the phone as the identity of the caller cannot be verified.

This ensures timely and confidential access to your results.

*Note: Turnaround time may vary slightly depending on sample collection time.

How it works

1. Please enter the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) taking the test at the top of the page. These details are essential to uniquely identify your sample by the laboratory and you will be unable to proceed further without them.

2. Pay online by credit or debit card.

3. Initially, you will receive an automatic reply to confirm that we have received your instructions.

4. Your test request will then be processed between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Once processed, you will receive a text message and email to confirm that you can now attend Patient Reception to have the test. Please wait for this confirmation before making your way to Patient Reception, otherwise they will be unaware that you will be attending.

5. You can attend Patient Reception at any time during opening hours of 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, and 7am-1pm on Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. The only exception is for Chain of Custody tests as these need an appointment.

7. Make sure to bring an original photo ID such as a passport or driving license. A copy or phone image is not acceptable.

8. Results will be sent by email as soon as they are available.

Date of Birth Requirement

All laboratories need information regarding the client to identify their individual sample.

Tests cannot be done without these details.

The minimum requirement is the full name and date of birth.

You can enter these details securely above. Personal details are subject to GDPR according to our Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can email these to us at: enquiry@drugtest.london

Photo ID Requirement

All laboratory tests need a photo ID to be shown at Patient Reception at the time of the test.

This is to ensure that it is the client who is taking the test.

Drug and alcohol test results often need to be shown to courts or other agencies and must be valid.

Only a valid passport or driving license is accepted.

Originals must be shown. No copies or images on a phone.

Confidentiality Assured

All results are strictly confidential and cannot be shared with any third party without the client's permission.
