All our laboratory tests, with the exception of chain of custody tests, can be done the same day as they are requested.

Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Requests for our drug and alcohol tests are made online and will be processed within 1 hour. Requests received outside of office hours will be fulfilled when the office next opens.

You will then receive a map with instructions and can go to Patient Reception to do your test at any time during their opening hours which are:

Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm

Saturdays: 7am-1pm

Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed

Results are sent by email. Each test has its own results timetable. Please check the information on the individual test page.
